Giovanni Award Winners

To celebrate the Chinese New Year the local non-profit organization, Healing Opportunities, kicked off the year with a celebration to honor local health care providers and highlight projects for 2020. For those of you who are not familiar with Healing Opportunities, the organization provides NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) ear acupuncture to care givers, first responders, and community members. Their program, Care for Caregivers, is aimed at providing loving care for providers that are on the front line for responding to disasters and to those healing the community.

At this years award celebration Dr. Clapham and Dr. Hansen were awarded the Giovanni Award, which recognizes outstanding healthcare practitioners our community.
